Summer Cross Country Camp
"Improving one stride at a time!"
Welcome! We are excited to bring back the Miami Elite Summer Cross Country Camp. Miami Elite is a year-round club program that has been training athletes since 2010. Our camp services are tailored to each athlete's individual goals. We work with individuals of all skill levels to help them reach their full potential.
Join us this summer to improve on your running for a great Fall Cross Country Season.
The Preparation Phase of training is the most important which is why summer training for the fall season is vital. Our approach is that Running for performance is not just about running. We will work on different components (strength, coordination, speed, flexibility, endurance) of physical training to become better athletes and better runners as well as include supplemental exercises to the training as a way to prevent injury.
